Is Presenter by WorshipTools really free?
Yes — the desktop app is free on the Free plan, which also carries the planning app, Charts and cloud sync with limits (500 MB, 10 users, 15 items per service). Stage Display, the phone Remote, more storage and motion media sit on the paid Pro (~$15/mo) and Pro Plus (~$29/mo) plans.
Can Broadcasteer replace Presenter?
For churches that stream, yes: lyrics and slides are built in, alongside the switcher, phone cameras, recording and YouTube/Facebook streaming that Presenter does not do. For projection-only churches, Presenter remains an excellent free single-purpose choice.
Does Broadcasteer import from SongSelect?
Not by reference the way Presenter does. Lyrics are pasted or typed into the song library once as verse blocks and reused every week; the library then drives the overlay, the stage monitors and the lyrics follower on singers’ phones.
Which one is better for a church with two languages?
Broadcasteer — bilingual and trilingual lyrics are one screen and one tap on every tier. Presenter can show translations as separate slides or layouts, but stacked multi-language rows are a Broadcasteer design goal rather than an add-on.
