1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Broadcasteer (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Abelitie Designs, the company behind Broadcasteer.

2. What Broadcasteer Is

Broadcasteer is live broadcast production software. It lets you use smartphones as wireless cameras, overlay song lyrics, switch camera feeds, and stream to platforms like YouTube Live — all from one laptop, without external hardware.

Broadcasteer is provided by Abelitie Designs, a Malaysian company. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Abelitie Designs.

3. Accounts & Registration

Registration is handled entirely via Google OAuth — no password is created or stored by Broadcasteer. By signing in with your Google account, you confirm you are a real, individual person. You agree to:

• →Maintain the security of your Google account
• →Not share your Broadcasteer account with others
• →Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free Use

Broadcasteer FREE is available indefinitely at no cost. No credit card is required to register or use the free tier. Free features are subject to change over time, but we will always maintain a usable free experience.

5. Subscriptions & Payment

PRO and MAX subscriptions unlock additional features. Subscriptions are:

• →Billed monthly or annually, in advance
• →Processed securely via Stripe (we do not store your card details)
• →Cancellable at any time — access continues to the end of the current billing period
• →Non-refundable for partially used periods, unless required by Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999

Subscription pricing is displayed at broadcasteer.com/#pricing. Price changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. New pricing applies only at your next renewal after that notice period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Broadcasteer to:

• ✗Broadcast illegal content under Malaysian law or the law of your jurisdiction
• ✗Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• ✗Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the software
• ✗Circumvent seat limits, licence validation, or authentication systems
• ✗Resell or redistribute access to Broadcasteer's services
• ✗Use the service in a way that disrupts other users or our infrastructure

7. Your Content

Your broadcasts, streams, overlays, and production content belong to you. Broadcasteer makes no claim of ownership over anything you create or broadcast using the Service. We do not store your broadcast footage on our servers.

8. Intellectual Property

Broadcasteer, the Broadcasteer logo, and all related software are the property of Abelitie Designs. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the software — you receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it while your account is active and in compliance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

Broadcasteer is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device or network configuration.

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Abelitie Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any interruption to your broadcast or event.

10. Termination

By you: You may delete your account at any time from account settings. If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled and access continues until the end of the current billing period — no refund for the unused portion.

By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees after a grace period. We will attempt to notify you by email before taking action.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. If you access Broadcasteer from outside Malaysia, you are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Broadcasteer after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
