All software, design, documentation, and content on this website and within the Broadcasteer application are the exclusive property of Abelitie Designs or its licensors. This includes:

• →Website design, user interface, and visual assets
• →Broadcasteer logo, name, and brand identity
• →Documentation, guides, and marketing materials

Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any materials without written permission from Abelitie Designs is prohibited.

2. Trademarks

Broadcasteer™ and the Broadcasteer logo are trademarks of Abelitie Designs. You may not use the Broadcasteer name or logo in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without prior written consent.

All other product names, company names, and trademarks referenced on this site (ProPresenter, OBS, YouTube, Stripe, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their mention does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with Abelitie Designs.

3. Software Licence

Broadcasteer is licensed software, not sold. When you register an account, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Broadcasteer in accordance with the Terms of Use.

Redistribution, resale, or sub-licensing of Broadcasteer is not permitted under any plan without a separate written agreement with Abelitie Designs.

4. Disclaimer

Broadcasteer is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or suitability for any specific use case.

Live broadcast production depends on network conditions, device hardware, and platform availability (such as YouTube Live) that are outside our control. We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, internet outages, or hardware failure.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Abelitie Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of production, loss of audience, or broadcast interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use Broadcasteer.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Broadcasteer shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Abelitie Designs in the 3 months preceding the claim, or MYR 100, whichever is greater.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These legal terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from your use of Broadcasteer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

7. Severability

If any provision of these legal terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
